The following return information is needed when you request a RA number: original purchase order number and/or the TeleDynamics invoice number the item was purchased on, the quantity and model number(s) of items to be returned, and the reason for return.

If merchandise is defective outside 30 days, it should adhere to the manufacturer’s warranty. Most warranty instructions are outlined in the product owner’s Manual. Should the merchandise fail within the manufacturer’s warranty period, the warranty exists between your customer and the manufacturer.

If you choose to allow your customer to return the equipment to your store, you should return it to the appropriate factory for repair. Return the defective unit directly to the factory. You may wish to provide the customer with a loaner.

Wholesale Fashion Square, dedicated to providing top quality fashion apparel and accessories. It also can provide dropshipping service, and it is free to be the website’s dropship customer. But it just accepts USA dropshipping orders.

And if the order is bundle dropshipping, all products on the website are available. Instead, for one piece dropshipping, not all products on the website can be dropshipped.

Unsatisfactory items based on product description, missing or damage items: you need to contact customer staff within a certain period about the problem. They will replace the damaged items and cover the shipping cost. But they just will replace after receive the damaged items.

Note:

The policy does not cover general wear and tear or the natural patina (darkening) that pewter takes on over time. For any items such as barware, lighting, living, and dining that could use a little sprucing up, they can most of the time refinish/repair them for a $40 an hour fee, $20 minimum. They typically will refinish/repair items that have small dents, scratches, and oxidization.

You should let your customer check if there is Manufacturer’s Customer Service

Contact Information on the instruction manual that came with the product. If so, they

should try to contact the manufacturer’s customer service for a warranty replacement.

In most cases, manufacturers can replace a damaged product.

If that doesn’t work, you can contact the supplier, and ask them for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Then ask them to set up a Call Tag with their shipper. This means that they need to send their shipper to pick up the item and return it to the distributor, at no shipping cost to you or your customer.

Then you ask your customer to write the RMA number on the original box. Tell them that the shipper will pick up the defective product.

The dropshipping suppliers may send a replacement out immediately or send out the replacement when the defective one is returned.

Unsatisfactory items:

You can contact your Drop Ship Supplier and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. As long as it’s within your supplier’s return period, which is usually 30 days, they will agree with it.

Inform your customer that the RMA number should be written on the outside of the original box and then return the goods to your supplier’s return address. The product must be in the original box, with all manuals, accessories, and original packing material. Your customer must pay for return shipping.

After your supplier informs you that the item has been returned in the proper condition, you can refund your customer’s credit card their full purchase price minus 10% restocking fee. In order to protect your profit, you had better charge the restocking fee, as most of your suppliers will charge you, too.
