Ready-to-choose models are priced by m² or per sheet, with standard sizes available. For custom orders, factories charge by m².
SPC flooring
Supplying various SPC flooring (stone powder + PVC) for home, office, and commercial indoor use, we’re familiar with the cost ranges.
- 4mm thick: $5.5-7/m²
- 5mm thick: $7-8/m²
- 6mm thick: $8-9/m²
Prices include wear layer but exclude IXPE backing.
- Wearlayer: 0.2 / 0.3 / 0.5mm; thicker layers cost more.
- Add about $1/m² for 1–2mm silent pad.
A 20GP container can load 2,300m². For the common 1220×180mm size, 13–15 pcs/carton.

What’s the flooring MOQ?
There’s usually no MOQ for ready-to-choose floors.
For custom you own pattern designs, the MOQ is around 100m² per design.
If structural changes are involved — such as custom thickness, width, or locking systems (for SPC, WPC, or LVT) — new molding is required. MOQ is high, typically one 20GP container, with mold fees starting from $2,000.
What about the floor sample cost?
For ready-to-choose floors, the small sample is usually free — just cover the shipping.
For your custom pattern designs, the small floor sample typically costs around $50. It’s $70 for solid wood or bamboo flooring.
For custom floor orders that require molding, the small sample fee ranges from $100 to $200.
