Mini & small excavators (<15t)
Mini & small excavators are usually divided at 6 tons. Mini models (≤6t) dig 1.5–3.5m deep and handle small jobs like farm/orchard work & trenching.
We provide the most cost-effective configurations with transparent pricing. For a 2.5t crawler excavator:
- Chinese engine (entry-level): base machine factory price under $10k; Upgrade to Kubota engine: +$2k.
- Optional cab: +$800; air conditioning: +$400 for added comfort.
- Buckets: $100–200/pc; other attachments like breakers or augers quoted separately.
We also handle production follow-up and QC to ensure smooth export.
Medium excavators (15t-30t)
18–25 ton models are the most common, offering a 4.5–7.5m digging depth for most job sites. Crawler excavators are the typical choice; wheeled models suit urban use.
Partial disassembly can save about 20% of container space. If too large for containers, shipped as breakbulk, with no disassembly required and minimal cost impact.
- Last year we shipped a 20+ ton crawler excavator to Tanga Port, Tanzania. Ocean freight was about $7,200 for 100 CBM. Rates vary by port and over time.

How can I verify the excavator quality?
Before shipping, we test each excavator to make sure everything runs properly — including engine start, driving, and hydraulic functions.
We’ll send you field testing videos so you can see it working. Third-party inspection is also available if needed.
What about warranty and after-sales support?
Typically, a 12-month warranty for common wearing parts, such as track links, gears, bearings, oil seals, filters, pipes, belts, and electrical components. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be provided for repair.
